Yin and Restorative yoga classes are perfect for beginners or for yogis who need a more gentle practice.

Sculpting Power Yoga

Feel rooted to the earth during your power yoga classes at Drishti Yoga Tucson. Unlike restorative yoga, our fast-paced power flows are designed to get you moving and sweating. These intermediate to advanced classes combine traditional yoga poses with powerful, cardio-based moves that will engage your muscles and increase your flexibility. For a sweatier workout, try our hot yoga classes, where you’ll flow in a well-heated (and humid) room. since it's what we offer mostly.
